ANDREA LAVAZZA

Neuroethicist - Senior Research Fellow in Neuroethics

Adjunct professor in Neuroethics, University of Pavia

Adjunct professor in Neuroethics, University of Milan

AREAS OF INTEREST:

My research interests lie at the intersection of moral philosophy, cognitive science and new technologies. In particular, I am focused on neuroethics, as a discipline that at its core includes topics such as free will, human enhancement, memory interventions, brain organoid ethics, and neurorights. Philosophy of mind, ethically relevant applications of artificial intelligence and epistemology of exepertise complete the overall scope of my theoretical and scientific investigation.
